I don’t claim to be a poet. Tonight I had the words “An open umbrella in the wind” in my head and decide to put fingers to keyboard and see what happened. And here it is.

An open umbrella in the wind
The breeze of life tosses to and fro
Tumbling yonder here and there
There’s no telling whence and yet to where

Ponder not this simple life
Enjoy the bumps between the flights
Standing long at rest you’ll rarely be
Life’s ups and downs, so be, so be.

Nighty Night.

"Craig Haynie. A young loner on a crusade to champion the cause of the innocent, the helpless, the powerless, in a world of criminals who operate above the law." (Huh? Click Here)
