I started Millwood Holdings, LLC as a way to split and sell some land I owned (we lived there before moving to our current home). I split the property into 8 lots and sold them all rather quickly. Those people told their friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers about me and my phone started ringing. These people wanted the same thing – Freedom and to Escape the HOA. Being the entrepreneur I am it was an easy decision for me to find another large parcel and do it again. And again. And again. Today we have a staff of four and have created dozens of Estate Lots from hundreds of acres in the North Georgia area.
