Psalm 143:8-10 (KJV)

Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.
Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.

In my own words; Give me your word (from the bible), show me how to live my life. Deliver me from those who mean me harm, I will take refuge in you and your care. Teach me to be faithful to you and strengthen and enable me to live an obedient life, for I am submitted to you, my God. You are all that is good, show me your ways and lead me to walk in them.

Until now I have never prayed these exact words, but this is the attitude of my heart. I recently read this scripture in proverbs and thought it was a very accurate representation of how I feel and thought I would share.
